BitterSweetz Retreat CARE is an affordable, low-cost DROP OFF CHILDCARE CENTER and SUMMER CAMP. We explore, discover, build, dance, sing, create, and so much more daily. We offer breakfast, lunch, AM & PM snacks, and occasionally dinner. We take field trips and attend classes & workshops to learn new activities. Thanks to our newly added organization, STINGERS, we are going to offer CHEER, GYMNASTICS, DANCE, ORGANIZED TEAM SPORTS {soccer, football, basketball, track, softball, baseball, etc..} INSTRUMENT INSTRUCTION, NECESSARY LIFE SKILLS, ENGINEERING, TECHNOLOGY, THEATER ARTS, and soooooo much more!
We do offer transportation services for additional tuition fee, depending on distance, time and days of service. Everyone’s tuition is different. Varying amongst different factors and discounts will be applied for siblings. No matter your tuition rate, BitterSweetz Retreat CARE will ensure it is low-cost and affordable. We also ensure that your camper(s) will ALWAYS be encouraged to learn new things, make new friends, to be confident, to be safe, and of course to be SWEET.
We are looking to expand our service 2017 to evening, weekend, and holiday care as well to meet all our parents & or guardian needs. As well as make our organization, Beez Sweetz STINGERS a non-profit to boost our sponsorships, donations, and to expand our curriculum & activities. We will have more employment opportunities for our parents, guardians, and older campers as well. Our center accepts ALL children at least 8 weeks old to 13 yrs. 12-13-year-old campers will have an opportunity to attend camp as well while they work occasionally earning money! ( with parental consent). 14 year olds and up can apply for employment positions (with worker’s permit) as well as parents & guardians.
Our goal is to offer affordable child care service to the children of Charlotte and surrounding, as well as a cultured curriculum. We want them to learn and experience being part of a team and accept and respect cultural, religious, physical, economical (etc..)differences of others while still working together accomplishing goals. We encourage celebrating diversity & we enforce NO BULLYING and positive character traits. BitterSweetz Retreat CARE believes each camper is important and able to accomplish & learn ANYTHING. We will explore & experiment with different teaching or coaching styles to ensure it. We dont want financial reasons to be the only or main reason any child can’t participate in an extra curricular activity, team sport, or trip. We make sure each child can participate in any and all activities they are able to, will always be an equal & very important member to their team / group.
We run solely off tuition, donations, and sponsorships. We are always fundraising and having events to raise money for our center goals. We are new, we are small… but those are both things that can change. But one thing that will never change over the years or as we grow….
